KARLO NEBRES

Karlo was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002 and has been practicing workers’ compensation law since that time.

Mr. Nebres is qualified to handle all matters before the WCAB and has significant experience with Labor Code 3201.5 and 3201.7 carve-out cases.

When not practicing law, Mr. Nebres enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching and cheering on his children’s basketball teams and watching his favorite local sports teams (Warriors, Giants, 49ers & Sharks).

Mojeed has over 30 years of Workers Compensation experience. He spent his first 12 years as a claims examiner and supervisor. For the last 18 years, Mojeed has been practicing as a trial lawyer defending the interests of clients in Workers' Compensation matters, including Serious & Willful and Section 132(a) discrimination claims.
Mojeed is a diligent attorney offering skills in innovative problem solving and solution to create effective case argument for successful outcomes. He enjoys playing soccer and traveling the world.
