Marc has been practicing law in the workers' compensation arena for nearly twenty five years. His primary focus is defending public entities, including school districts. He is a frequent lecturer and panelist at conferences such as CAJPA, ICA, and DVICA. Marc enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and three dogs. When not out cycling the East Bay hills, he might be found at a ball game or sampling a Belgian beer.

Mojeed has over 30 years of Workers Compensation experience. He spent his first 12 years as a claims examiner and supervisor. For the last 18 years, Mojeed has been practicing as a trial lawyer defending the interests of clients in Workers' Compensation matters, including Serious & Willful and Section 132(a) discrimination claims.
Mojeed is a diligent attorney offering skills in innovative problem solving and solution to create effective case argument for successful outcomes. He enjoys playing soccer and traveling the world.

Bruce has been practicing law for over 26 years. The focus of his practice has always been workers’ compensation defense, including 132a and S & W issues. He has been a Board Certified Specialist in this field since 1993. He has also has maintained a sub-specialty in subrogation claims for the last 20 years. Bruce’s outside interests include a variety of sports and outdoor activities, with golf as his greatest source of enjoyment and frustration. He is also an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers and Giants, and the San Jose Sharks. Bruce received State Bar Board of Legal Specialization in Workers’ Compensation and was recognized in Northern California Super Lawyers for 2005-2006; 2009-2011.

Mr. Nurik has been practicing law for over 30 years. He attended Rutgers University, and received his MA degree in Social Psychology from Goddard College in 1974 and his JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1979. Mr. Nurik began his legal career doing civil litigation and worked his practice into workers’ compensation. Although he originally started his practice representing plaintiffs and applicants he subsequently became a defense attorney. Prior to practicing law he worked a journalist and mental health counselor.

Mr. Nebres was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002 and has been practicing workers’ compensation law since that time.
Mr. Nebres is qualified to handle all matters before the WCAB and has significant experience with Labor Code 3201.5 and 3201.7 carve-out cases.
When not practicing law, Mr. Nebres enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching and cheering on his children’s basketball teams and watching his favorite local sports teams (Warriors, Giants, 49ers & Sharks).
